Yankee Kingdom MediaVISIBILITY SNAPSHOTS

See where your business shows up in search and AI

A quick look at how a business appears on Google Maps, in AI answers and on its own website, with the biggest opportunities and a plan for what to do next.

What you are looking at

A Visibility Snapshot is a quick look at how a business shows up where customers search today: on Google Maps, in AI answers like ChatGPT and Gemini, and on its own website.

It is built from real searches and real answers, pulled recently, and it is meant to show the biggest opportunities fast. It is a starting point, not the full audit. The full audit goes deeper on competitors, keywords and every technical fix.

What is included

Local Search

Where the business ranks on Google Maps, point by point across a grid, for the searches customers actually use.

AI Visibility

Whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google AI recommend the business, and how they talk about it.

Website

The top findings from a quick technical audit, ranked by what will move the needle.

SEO Strategy Plan

A month-by-month plan, with pricing, for turning the findings into results.

How to read a snapshot

Every snapshot uses the same colors and the same few visuals, so once you know them you can read any report.

The three scores

Local Search, AI Visibility and Website each get a score out of 100. The color shows how much room there is to grow.

Under 35: biggest opportunity35 to 64: room to grow65 and up: strong

Map grids

Each map is a 7 by 7 grid of 49 points over a 10 mile radius. At every point we search the same phrase a customer would, and the pin shows where the business ranks. A green pin means it is in the top three, which is where Google shows the map results.

The local gauge is the share of the grid where the business is in the top three. It is an average across the map, not a count out of 100.

AI answers

We ask AI platforms the questions a customer would ask, without naming the business, and count how often it is recommended. The score is the share of answers that mention it.

Website findings

Findings are tagged by how much they matter, and each one lists the issue and the fix.

The plan

The last tab turns the findings into a plan: what we would work on, in what order, over the first months, and what it costs.

The numbers are a snapshot in time. Rankings and AI answers move, so we pull them fresh for each report and date them.
